Igniting Change Through Documentary Storytelling

SIMA Studios is a global impact media agency and distribution platform based in Los Angeles, California. Since 2012, SIMA has been curating and mobilizing documentary films as tools for education, civic engagement, and cultural diplomacy. Through partnerships with over 90 cause-driven organizations, and an international network of filmmakers, educators, and activists, SIMA connects visual storytelling with global development goals and local movements for justice and sustainability.

SIMA’s mission is to democratize access to independent media that provokes critical thinking, empowers audiences, and fosters systemic change. SIMA is a registered 501c3 non profit organization.
